Forecast driven stock allocation in gSAP

We have 3 warehouses for secondary distribution. Each warehouse has mapped with 3 regions to serve the customers. Warehouse team has no visibility for region wise stock and end up with sales orders delivery for more then the respective forecast of one region customers leaving short of stock to other region customers.

The inventory in the warehouse is physically kept separate by regions but there is no way to distinguish the inventory in SAP by its region. Since no visibility of how much stock is in the warehouse for region A and how much stock is there for region B, CS team struggling to keep manual record to split region wise sales order and still likelihood of the error of excess stock given to customers v/s the forecast.

can we have a region wise forecast driven stock allocation in gSAP. We don't want to create multiple SLoCs due to complexities involves.
