File Lifecycle Management - Printing PDfs and HTMLs

The Print option for Files have 3 tabs

1. PDF - prints all attributes but no Notes
2. HTML with Private Notes
3. HTML without Private Notes

Now in Indian PSUs, Notes are legal documents and sometimes the printouts are required to be submitted for Audit. So my query is,

1. Whether the PDF version can have ALL information i.e in addition to the default info, can with and without Private Notes be included in the PDF print ?
2. Whether the default layout of the PDF can be changed in terms of Font Types and Sizes and re-designing the positioning of sections ?
3. Whether both the HTML reports can add the information available PDF reports ?

To summarize, whether each of these report-types now having mutually exclusive information, can combine and become an inclusive report each ?

• We have a BADI given by SAP in FLM for doing custom validations and changing the print format.

• Path to identify badi: SPRO-->sap Netweaver --> Appliaction Server--> SAP FileLifecycleManagement--> BAdis for SAP File Lifecycle Management.

• Here you will find all the FLM relevant enhancement options.Abaper can do the necessary changes for all of your custom restrictions/ enhancements.

Please check below reply:

1. SAP Delivered Standard Adove Form and same can be extend and assign for getting Print as PDF.
2. Default layout of the PDF can be changed as per requirement
3. Yes, based on Requiredment same be done through BADI Implementation.
