Field service for Sponsor field in Financial group

As per standard SAP delivery, the field service configured for Sponsor field in Financial planning group is "Bucket Selector". I am trying to override this service using "Sponsor Field Portfolio Type Override" settings in Portfolio type config but with no success.

Anyone has tried this ? or may be you experts can guide with this requirement.

Is anybody tried of it?? I need the above requirement. How can I override the Sponsor field with other Ojects(other than Bucket).

Is there any BADI for it? or how to approach?!

Hi,

I believe the sponsor field is for Bucket sponsor consulting solution. The service which is mention in a standard system will be activated with SAP CS. Santhosh, you can define your own custom service to call in sponsor field. I suppose there is not standard BADI for the same.
