Hi Martín.
As far as I know, SAP does not supply a way to hide those fields. If collapsing the "Date" section on the order is not good enough (this hides the fields until someone expands the section again), you might want to look at the Basic Order configuration which allows you to build an order and only include the areas you define.
IMG --> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Maintenance and Service Orders --> Functions and Settings for Order Types --> Basic Order View

Hi,
It is interesting with which instrument you hide fields?
I can add to you customizing pass: Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing-> Maintenance and Service Orders -> Define Field Selection for Order Header Data (PM)
there is Revision field.

Do you try SHD0?
