Is it possible to influence the fields available or mandatory settings during the initial creation of an incident?
It seems that the field control settings currently available only affect the MANAGE INCIDENT app.
This has become an issue because the old "Record Incident - Detailed Recording" has been deprecated, and this tile DOES pay attention to the field control settings.
Also, the one remaining record incident tile (F1992) has a single text box that gets copied into the TITLE and DESCRIPTION OF EVENTS fields - our users would like these split out during initial recording AND reinstate the IMMEDIATE ACTIONS field - but if we can't influence the field controls in F1992 this is not possible.
