Expert Rule - Secondary Data Determination

Dear Team,

I am facing issue for Expert Rule - Secondary Data Determination.

Please find the below error which are getting after running the rule ZEXP_GHSUS.

These error are about Expert Server but would like to convey you that, except 4-5 rules, rest all are working fine shows that, error may not be on Expert server side and some thing on SAP side... ( i feel so...)

Can you please provide a guideline to overcome this issue.

Hi Amol,

It seems to be the error Item 003, which is causing of the error Item - 002.

due to the RFC connections, not able to call the secondary data determination.

This issue arise very frequent, whenever there is changes/ upgradations in windows as well as memory issues.

If you can apply the most recent patch/ reinstall the EH&S expert again, you may over come srom this.
