ESTMJ table entries

Hi All, I need to know how the entries in table ESTMJ gets created, I am a PP guy has no idea on this table entries. I have checked basic 2 view of material master and none of the boxes checked related to environment and also no haz material number in plant storage view 2.

Hi,

ESTMJ table is for 'EHS: Specification-Material Assignment'

this means, the Material will get assigned to specification. Material is from logistics side and specification is from EH&S side.

there are 2 ways for this assignment

Method 1: if the EHS specification view is activated for Material Master then you can assign specification to material from this view

Method 2: if that view is not enabled for that Material Type/ Industry sector , the from CG02, open the specification and in Material Assignment tab, you can assign the material to specification.

In this 2 ways you can complete the material-specification assignment and create the entry in ESTMJ.
