Error While Importing the TR using SOLMAN AND CTS+

Hi Experts,

ISSUE - we are trying to share the MII code from Development system to Quality system using CTS+ and Solman but While sharing the code, system is throwing RC-8 error.

while checking the logs we are getting below error "TransportEntity (ID:000D3AC318771EEE9AB7080E6FFD685D) status set to 'ERROR'."

Can you please help us with some pointers where we can check this transport entity in the system so we can check this issue.

Please note that we are using CTS+ in our landscape.

SAP MII version - 15.5.0.26

Hi Miguel,

This issue is fixed now. as one of the role DEPLOY_SERVICE_READ was missing from the CTSADM user,

After assigning the role to the user TR got deployed to the quality.

Do you have any more errors or information messages after the message "TransportEntity (ID:000D3AC318771EEE9AB7080E6FFD685D) status set to 'ERROR'." ?

This message above is very generic and we cannot really say what's happening. Most likely, it is a CTS+ error not related to the ChaRM layer.

Hello Ankit,

The CTS+ logs show an RC8 in the deployment.

You may check the deployment web service configuration by doing a transport check tools for the system that gets the error.

I see in the logs that SDM/DEPLOY_CONTROLLER is used.

If the deployment web service configuration check returns no issues, you can also check the SDM logs (dev_sdm or jvm_sdm.out) around that timestamp.
