Request clarification before answering.
Hi Kamal/Ralph,
I haven't checked the FM yet, but I could extract the report on one PC but not on others. Could it be related to insatallation of software, since the issue is system dependent?

HI Bhargava,
After your answer, couple of questions raises.
1. Is it differs from PC to PC
2. Is it differs from Client to Client (like production/ quality/ development etc.,)
3. Is it differs from User ID to User ID (may be authorization issues)
And also check how your WWi installed. is it locally(PC) or central? If it is local, there could be a chance of not properly installed (as you mentioned like software installation).
Also check there any MS.word version changes, in both the PC's (working and not working)
Finally, execute the report in SE38 - RC14SXDVSCHECK, which will checks the dms functionality ehs document types.
Continue with the analysis related to the function module, as mentioned earlier.

Hi Bhargawa,
There are two possibilities. One is, as Kamal pointed out, that the called FMs don't exist in the productive system. A second possibility is that the symbol 03EHS_L_TEXT/02GCWI_WAID(M:Y_GLWWI_C14N_GET_WA_SITE_HRA)[D:Work area] is not set up properly in the template. Everything below that are most probably only follow-up errors. So check the FM and the symbol.

HI Bhargava,
After looking into this error.txt, i can understand, you have imported the report template in production system. But still some of the function modules not reached to the system. may be Transport request is missing.
For ex - Y_GLWWI_C14N_GET_WA_SITE_HRA, used while inserting symbols.
similar to that, check for any othe Transport requests are missed in production environment. and also check for any missed data for symbols.

kamal
