Error while creating work area from CBIH02

Hi Gurus,

while saving a Work Area from CBIH02 the system returns me this message:

Creation of work area failed

Message no. CBIH248

To face this problem I've applied the note n. 1042993, 1333684 and 362196, but the problem still remains.

Need help, thanks!

HI Marco,

can you check the authorization trace after running the transaction CBIH02. You might have missing the authorizations to create the work area.

Hi Kamal,

thanks for the support, but the SU53 does not detect any authorization problem.

I also checked my auth in the SU01 and finded the sap_all and sap_new profiles.

Resolved.

User States need to be updated in the Status Profile "EHS_WKA1" and the profile itself needs to be linked with the Object type "Work Area".

SPRO - Environment, Health & Safety - Industrial Hygiene and Safety - Basic Settings - Status Management - Check and Extend Status Profiles

HI Marco,

Run the CBIH02 transaction.

check with ST01 > Analysis > check "Authorization check"only and execute.

look for the objects which are not in green and discuss with the authorizations team.
