Hello Expert! I have a problem that only happens in the production environment. When we access the transaction and clicking on CBIH02 measure of labor protection, issues an error message. Have experienced it? Know where I can find the solution?

I managed to solve the problem, anyway, I will share with the group what erroe solution.
For some reason I am unable to share the screen with you.
Basically the error occurred when selected the desktop and clicked on "measure of protection to work."
Did not display the tabs and issued an error message and exit the transaction.
In SPRO configuration - Environment, Health & Safety - Workplace Safety - Protective Measures to work - Determine categories of measures
Deletes the connection for protective measures to work outside the EH&S.
