Error: printer 'HP Universal Printing PS' not found! in CVD1 tcode

While processing the report shipping request of communication type "LET", getting an error "Error: printer 'HP Universal Printing PS' not found! & Windows-Error 1801 in OpenPrinter: The printer name is invalid." and the final output MSDS is not generated correctly.

Could you please help to know where we need to setup this printer.

Hello

if you do SDS distribution set up: you need not only to define the printer in SAP (so called "output device) you need e.g IP address; printer model etc,for set up) but you must make sure that WWI process can use the printer. as well. Therefore

1.) was there any WWI set up (e.g. new WWI version and a printer driver is now not available any more on WWI side?

2.) any update inWinWOrd environment on WWI gen servers?

2.) did you activate a new printer for SDS distribution (and you have done a test in Quality and now in Prod it does not work)?

Based on your input it is not easy to judge why this problemisnow detected by you

Communication in LET so it will print SDS as an out put ... and did you configured printer HP Universal Printing PS for SDS output ?

Please check the names of printer configuration in SPRO.
