Error occurs while Previewing or Printing Label

Hi,

While previewing or Printing the Label from CBGL_MP01, I am getting this strange error. It shows that the report not released for Generation Variant ##, but infact we re-released it again. Still not sure why the system is not able to find the released report and throws this error.

RGV setup checked and is fine. The issue occurs for few Materials only. But I compared with the materials that are working fine also compared the RGV's , DG master data, specifications, label stock; almost all... but nowhere I can find any discrepancy.

This error pops up as soon as we hit the preview or print button. Note that the label is determined correctly and can be seen in the label tree.

Thanks for the suggestion, yes I already tried with that but the issue remained same (CG50).

But one thing is noticed that while releasing the report by clicking ' accept ' button in report management, I am not getting the popup as shown here but reports gets released. Whereas for other specifications I am getting this popup when I click on ' accept ' as it moves to Release status. And no error is encountered while reviewing those labels.

That means that released report for a specific material is not getting detected in CBGL_MP01

And yes that's true, I will sure mark my previous question but still they are open.
