Error Message 15613 in MEINT for routing change

Hello experts,

I am working on SAP ME 15.1 SP 3. When I send a routing change in production order to SAP ME (order is already distributed to ME), I am getting the error message "Action is not permitted; you are not authorized to process this message type (Message 15613)".

I have seen a post here for the same error and solution provided was that the user Group assigned to message type ERP_ORDER_CHANGE should also be assigned to user sending the order change.

In ME User maintenance, I have the SUPERVISORS and other user groups assigned. I have also assigned my ERP user name to my ME user. Still I am getting the above error.

Can you please guide me as to what I am missing here?

This solved our Issue at customer, after update SAP ME 15.3 including updating the DB driver for SAP ME (with the result, that the SAP MEINT Standard Interfaces CTC Wizard has to be executed again inclduing overwritting custom settings).

This solved our Issue at customer, after update SAP ME 15.3 including updating the DB driver for SAP ME (with the result, that the SAP MEINT Standard Interfaces CTC Wizard has to be executed again inclduing overwritting custom settings).
