Error : ISA Framework: Internal Error: com.sapmarkets.isa.core.businessobject.management

Hi,

I'm getting the below error in B2B site when the customer is trying to order

ISA Framework: Internal Error: com.sapmarkets.isa.core.businessobject.management.BOMInstantiationException

We replicated the catalog in SAP but its not worked.

Could you please suggest to resolve the issue.

i hope this is related to XCM. I have seen this when SAP ECC is connected to external application. Please go through the below link..
