Error in SAP ME PAPI in MII when username is in LowerCase

Hi:

I am using a SAP PAPI to call STARTSFC.

I am setting UserId of Production.userREF as username variable.

When user is in lower cases I am receiving this error:

"No database object found for the reference TABLE=USR,userId=userx (Message 19874)"

And nothing happens, just the error message.

But if I change username in the table with UPPER CASE, it works perfect.

I have read that this is already noticed by SAP, and they will fix in next versions, but we are in 15.2, and error continues. I had Oracle as database and now I am using HANA.

Exist any alternative solution beside, change all my netweaver usernames?
