Error in report Incident

Hi EHSM Experts,

I assigned a role SAP_EHSM_MASTER to my user id(dhinesh). I tried to create a Report incident. After entering step 1 in basic data and proceed to the next step, I get the error as below. Kindly guide me how to proceed and what correction has to be done.

I am using EHSM CE 3.0 via portal. The workflow customization in SWU3 and event linkages are done.

What has to be done in this function module?. How do i link people to organizational management. When I try to enter the details of injured person, there are no details or persons available.

Hi Dinesh

This Error is occurred due to Non Integration of HR Function Module . There is RFC Destination for HR

For smooth process Incident Management below Integration are mandatory

1) HR - PA,PT,OM ( For Getting People Information)

2) PM  ( For Creating Notifications)

3) MM ( For Fetching Involved Materials)

4) AC ( For Estimating Costs)

5) BP ( For getting Business partners Data like Contractor Employee ,Vendors)

4) QM ( For Quality Notifications)

check in SPRO .......  In Foundation of EHS Management  .." Specify Destinations of Integration"

Here all RFC Destinations are Maintained for other Functional Modules.

As written in the error message, did you check that the RFC connection is up and running ?
