Error in linkage task WS78800013 with event MAIL_RECEIVED (object type RMPSPESPRT)

Hi All,

When trying to Activate in Process Route in SAP File Lifecycle Management in webdynpro specific settings, error is appearing as "Error in linkage task WS78800013 with event MAIL_RECEIVED (object type RMPSPESPRT)".

Kindly help me how to overcome the error.

Hello Reny,

The FLM web dynpro solution is not supported anymore. The upgraded SAP UI5 solution is the currently supported and recommended solution. Please upgrade to the same and if the issue still persists, please raise an incident to XX-CSC-IN-FLM component for the team to check the query specific to your system and assist you.
