Error in DMS - report generation

Dear Experts,

I was able to generate reports and shipping orders in my system earlier for my client which was based on a windows based server.

Now they have upgraded to linux server and the config is ECC 6 and EHP 6.0 with sap gui 7.30.

I am facing errors in report shipping. When I try to send manually nor automatically, the process gets terminated.I have

enclosed the error message and report shipping error screen. I have maintained the DMS settings as per note 1091699.

The error seems to be constant in report shipping with all types of shipping reasons.Please guide me where am i going wrong

or where to correct.

Hi Dhinesh,

since it seems to be an authorization issue, I would either set your user to SAP_ALL temporarily and test it - or debug function module until the authorization fails - then you should know for which authorization the system is testing against and which you are missing.

Hi All,

The issue has been resolved myself. The issue was with workstation application not maintained where we maintain winword application for wwi document type in Define workstation application .On debugging, the error was with the object C_DRAW_STA for my user profile was not authorized. There were no errors with BASIS login and it happened only to my user profile.Upon authorization, all the errors faded out. And the WWI is working properly.
