Error in DG Checks

Hi All,

I am trying to perform DG checks in sales document however getting an error message "No mode-of-transport categories determined from the document". I believe I maintained correct Master Data and necessary IMG settings.

Please advice to correct this error and necessary check points.

HI Ramesh,

If you maintained correct settings in IMG-EH&S. then you can check the below paths also, If any thing missed.

SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Routes > Define Routes > Define mode of Transport.

SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Routes > Define Routes > Define Shipping Types.

SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Routes > Define Routes > Define Routes and Stages.

consider that the route you maintained in the sales order, must be available in the last path mentioend above "Define routes and Stages".

and also check -

SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Routes > Route Determination > Maintain Route Determination.

ensure that the above also maintained correctly.

Useful Information. I adjusted couple of settings. Now I am getting different error "No dangerous goods master record found". However I created data in DGP1, added Regulatory Information too. Also maintained relevant checks at material level.

Please advise what would be missing.
