Error in creating class and characteristics

Dear experts,

I have created 5 characteristic and assigned to Class ZSAP_EHS_1015_001 . I have assigned this class in value assignment types, then I assigned value assignment type in property tree.

As per standard, process, I have performed the Master Data Matchup
(CGCZ) and ran.

I have checked in edit phrase set assignment , but It displayed the following error:

Can you please advise what steps I need to perform to make these
standard characteristics as phrase enabled?

Hello

your set up is potentially still not complete. Did you execute the "table based" set up of the value assignment (e.g. check https://answers.sap.com/questions/11139927/troubleshoot-error-unable-to-perform-tablebased-va.html)

Did you checked that the characteristic is correctly activated as a "phrase based" one..? (e.g. check https://answers.sap.com/questions/9331387/characteristic-not-assigned-to-phrase-set-features.html https://answers.sap.com/questions/10018513/phrase-enabled-characteristics.html and similar stuff; you should find easily all the threads as this is a standard process to set up EHS

one small add on: if you check the set up of your characteristic: can you confirm that the correct function module is assigned (C14K_PHRASECHARACT_CHECK; check e.g. https://answers.sap.com/questions/2168662/ehs---characteristic-function-module-c14kphrasecha.html? Did you yet set up a phrase set for your characteristic(s) and did you assigned some phrases (this you need later;not for the step we are discussing here)

Is the characteristic of type "CHar30"? (Did you use a characteristic for your work which is correctly activated as phrase based as a "template" in creation of the new characteristics?)
