ERROR 403 when open Routing Maintenance in SAP ME 15.1

Hi,

There is a strange issue happening in one of my client's computer.

He has used Routing Maintenance in his computer without error for a long time. However, since several weeks ago, he cannot open it and met such error

The most strange thing is that the user tries to open Routing Maintenance in 15.2 system. It works but when he tries to open it in another system whose version is 15.1, it cannot work. We then let him to use his account to open routing maintenance in another PC, it works.

We even has re-installed the java but it still doesn't work.

Do you have any idea about this?
