ERP-Shop Floor Integration for Worker UI missing after upgrade to MII OEE 15.5

Hi all,

after upgrading a system from 15.4 to 15.5 and another from 15.3 to 15.5, ERP-Shop Floor Integration for Worker UI is not showing up in the XMII menù. Instead a Miscellaneous menu is present, with only the Workflow Configuration element in it, which brings to a 500 error page.

After the upgrade, the SAP OEE CTCs wizards have been re-executed in the requested order:

1. SAP OEE NetWeaver Configuration
2. SAP OEE Integration Configuration
3. SAP OEE Configuration

Having completed the 3 SAP OEE CTCs wizards, the instances have been restarted.

We also checked user roles and groups, and every item is correctly assigned.

SAP Note 3191537 https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3191537 has also been checked and we are running a later version of the SAP JVM Patch than the one advised.

IDOCs from ERP to MII are flowing correctly, as I can see them in the Message Listener being Categorized and then Enqueued, but we cannot track them in the Queue Monitor and edit Workflow Configurations if needed.

No relevant logs have been found in the Log Viewer.

Hi Alberto,

Your current version is 15.5.0.0, the current available patches are as follows:

XMII - 15.5.0.18

MII_ADMIN - 15.5.0.11

MFG MII CONTENT - 15.5.0.9

You should patch to the latest versions and then test again.

The same issue is present on 15.5.0.18

We installed

• SP00 Patch18 for XMII 15.5
• SP00 Patch11 for MII_ADMIN 15.5
• SP00 Patch8 for MFG MII CONTENT 15.5
