Equipment BOM

Hi,

We created Equipment BOM in IB01 and activated it. But we cannot use the BOM in component tab in creating pm order. we got the error "No substructure available". could you help us all customizing for BOM and maybe PM order type?

I know that maybe this article is repeated , but I know all steps together.

I am unable to think of a customizing reason that would prevent the use an Equipment BOM in a PM Order.

Are the validity dates of the BOM after (or before) the PM Order dates? Is the BOM Usage set for Plant Maintenance?

Also check the BOM Status.
