Environment, Health and safety node in sap menu S4hana

Hi I'm trying to use the ehs + occupational health module but I cant see its node in the sap menu. I've searched how too add this node and reached the following answer. Activating the bellow business function set in sfw5:

1) EA_PLM

2) OPS_EHS_CI_1

I've activated them but I still can't see the EHS node in the sap menu. I've followed the path specified in the sap note 2703822 for installation. I don't know what else to do. Any help or documentation about the installation process how to activate it or how to load best practices would be appreciated. I'm using S4Hana 2020 sp3.

In S/4HANA, the Occ Health functionality was deprecated and is only available as part of a Repeatable Consulting Solution (RCS package). This is a small but separate license purchase that the customer needs to make. Please contact the SAP account executive for this customer and ask them to engage and process the license purchase.
