Email notification for release of orders, change of resource status, etc

Hi experts,

I have configured our DM system to send email alerts for raising alerts. I want to send email notifications for different scenarios in DM like order release, resource status change, etc. I tried to execute this scenario using production process but didnt find any service that can be used for the same.

Can you please mention any approach for this scenario or mention a service that can be used for this. Any input will be valuable.

For order release:

• Create a business rule that starts a production process when an order is released (Manage Automatic Triggers app)
• Create an alert inside the production process.
• Configure the alert type of this alert in a way that it sends a mail when the alert is created (Manage Alert Types 2.0 app in the Automatic Notification tab, the alert recipients can be defined)

Thanks for the information provided.

We already went through this process. What we want to know in the production process which service is to be used to create the alerts. I have configured the steps 1 and 3 but I am unable to create a PP which can raise the alerts. Can you please mention which service can be used in this scenario.
