Electronic Batch Records PP-PI

Hi

Can someone provide details of EBR (electronic batch recording)? I tried to search the network but I could not find any relevant document that would explain how to configure the EBR in SAP, some basic transactions or mapping of the process in general.

I read in other posts but the links where they refer to documentation are dropped.

I appreciate your help as I am new to the subject, any comments are welcome.
