EHSM Tables and their relationship

Hi All,

We are looking at creating EHSM reports . Can you please help me identify the tables and their relationship for Actions, Incident, Injury information in S/4.

Can you please let me know if there are any standard CDS view that we can use.

Dear Shiv,

the tables used for EHS Incident Management and their relations can be best looked up in the transaction BOBX (Business Object Processing Framework/BOPF). Select the business object EHHSS_INCIDENT and you will see all of the nodes (tables) of the incident object (see screenshot below/attached).

There are also a lot of standard CDS Views available which can be used for reporting. As an example, the CDS View C_IncidentCaseQuery shows an overview about the number of incidents happened at a location, plant, or country. In its package EHHSS_CNS_INC_RECORDING you can find many other CDS Views for Incident Management. CDS Views for Tasks are in the package EHFND_CNS_TASK_MANAGEMENT.
