Hi,
I am creating Incidents from the mobile Report Incident (Fiori) app. When I look at them in the Manage Incident (WebDynpro) app, I can edit data on nodes that have already been created (e.g. Basic Info), but if I try to add anything (e.g. a Person), I get the error "Data cannot be created since creation is disabled". I have looked for OSS notes around this, but the only one I can find is for a lower release. We are on S/4HANA 1909 FPS 1 (S4CORE 104 0001).
I presume this is a BOPF problem, maybe caused by something not being completed in the CL_EHHSS_INC_REPINC_BO_ACCESS. Does anyone have any ideas?

It's a bit of a stretch, but could you check, if note 2877875 is implemented in your system?

Thanks, Tobias. It turned out to be an authorisations issue, with messages suggesting that something more fundamental was going wrong. I have implemented that note now, to see if it speeds anything up 🙂
