EHSM - Mandatory field missing

Hi experts,

I know I have already asked this question but this time it is with the "report incident - simplified" service I have a problem. The system asks for an mandatory field to be filled but I cannot see this field :

The customizing has a default value (Report incident service works fine) :

Could you please help me ?

Hi Philip,

The reason is you did not maintain Description (XS) for injury /illness classification. 

This is mandatory to maintain description (XS) field.

Hi Philippe,

Some notes are mandatory to import to get  involved person details in the HR system. Import below mention note then try.

Note 1526402 - Implicit check for the RFC authorization

Note 1534362 - Reading data in the HRMS

Note 1581936 - Reading data in the HRMS

Thanks for your help ! Let me check the notes, the master guide and the system and I'll let you know.

I have a question regarding this problem. Why is everything ok when I use the service Report Incident but I have this error message when I use the service Report Incident - Simplified ?

Shouldn't both services be built almost identically ?
