EHSM Incident Workitem not getting Incident Inbox , Getting In My Inbox

Hi All,

I have configured custom WF as copy of standard WF WF00500001 and also copied standard task TS00500003 and also assigned ROLE to custom task .

After creation the Incident custom WF triggered perfectly. But I am not getting WORKITEM in Fiori GATEWAY "Incident Inbox" , instead of we are getting the workitem in Fiori Gatway "My Inbox"

Even we configured the SWSVISU , and as well maintained data into table IBO_C_WF_TAS,IBO_C_WF_CAS,IBO_C_WF_TTAS.

But still issue not solved.

Please help me ASAP.
