EHSM - Dump when saving a report with an injured person

Hi Experts,

Once again, I need your help on a problem.

In services Report Incident, Report Near Miss, Report Safety Observation, I am able to save as long as I haven't entered an injured person, a nearly injured person or an observed person.

If I enter one of the above people, I get a dump (I cannot include the Word document with the screenshots since "the content type of this attachment is not allowed" and I have lost my USB key with the screenshot software. Please ask if you want the document, I will send it directly).

The same happens on the manager's side (once the report has been sent to the manager).

I have come across SAP Note 1559519 but :

• is it relevant since we are implementing EHSM 3.0 and the note is intended for EHSM 1.0,
• data is maintained in HR.

Do you think it could have something to do with one (or both) of the following :

• No RFC destination is specified in the system (tcode EHFND_WFF_SYSTEM_CHK) - Missing - Maintain HTTP destination SAP_EH_FW_WFF_REPORT_TARGET,
• In tcode SWU3, Check entries from HR Control Tables is red.

Hi people,

For those, like me, who do not know how to read (the information can be found via ST22), the problem was linked to range number EHHSSCASID that wasn't customized...
