EHSM 3.0 - Investigation Step Category

Hi experts,

When I send an investigation step, I get it in my worklist. But when I click on it, the result is a dump. I checked in tcode ST22 and it seems that I need to enter a Variant ID :

I've been through SPRO to check all the related customizing points but I cannot seem to find what kind of ID the system is looking for.

Could you please help me ?

Hi all,

Once again, reading is very important. So for those, like me, who do not pay attention here's the solution :

To create new step categories, you have already developed the new FPM dialog box and variant for the review and completion step and for the investigation step quick activity.

(SAP Performance Assistant).

By doing so, you'll get the Variant ID and Dialog Box ID you need...
