Hi Experts,
The system I'm working on to present the solution to the client doesn't have a full HR implementation, especially in Time management.
Since I cannot test some features, I was wondering if you could aknowledge my conclusion on the following :
The Assign HR Absence button allows you to go get an absence already created in the HR file (Infotype 2001) and put in the EHSM incident.
The Create HR Absence button allows you to create an absence in EHSM that will also be created in HR.
Could you please let me know if I'm correct ?

You are Right.. if we integrated IM Component with Time management Component , we can Directly use the Field 'Assign HR Absence" the data which will Pick from TM.
The significance of "ADD" button is , In case of Fatality or Job Transfer of Employee( Due to this Incident the particular employee not eligible to work on same location & Recommended to Transfer to Other Location) Incident Manager will create the Absence from here he will select either Permanent Absence or Job transfer and we will click the "Create HR Absence" & Notify to HR Adminstrator.
