EHS-WA: missing table entries (functions, document types)

Dear all,

I am just trying to custome the waste management ( EHS-WA ) and I am very surprised that the tables of the functions and document types are initially empty.

Which functions should be there?

a) goods in

b) create p.o.

c) post

d) print ..

Entries can be made with the function modules from function group EHS141, I suppose.

and:

document types?

.....

Any suggestions furthermore?

Hi !

You are right on track. In the standard system, the default values are delivered.

If not you can configure it on your own.

1. Specify Functions,

2. Specify Document categories.

But configuring manually will take a lot of time, since you will have lot of doubts about right FM to be assigned..! Best way is to activate the building block.

thanks for your reply.

but BB 855 contains only settings for EHP5.

The only chapter referring to the documents types 3.3 "specitying disposal doc. types" contains the doc type 'BGS'.

Then, I found BB 850 (Basis setting for EH&s), but it was not help either. There is a eCATT mentioned , "/SMB18/CGB7_O015_q50", but I can't find it in our SAP-system.

It is possible to download it from a SAP page?

Hi !

Have you completed this step, “Assign Functions to Disposal Document Types” ?. I guess you are missing that step.

Proceed like this, Environment, Health and Safety -> Waste Management - > Disposal Documents -> Specify Functions.

Inside that, you will have two options,

Specify Functions for Disposal Documents.

Assign Functions to Disposal Document Types.

Regarding your question on ecatt, it was discussed some time ago on how to download it from service market. It was answered by Mr. Edward Stephan.

Once I find that discussion, I will post it here.

What i understand, There are some functions and document types are missing in your screen when you are using  the Edit entry documents (WAE02).

If it possible can you please share your screen shot here.so we can easy understand and we will try to provide solution.

However, As per standard, the below functions and documents are display the entry screen. This all are configurable. you can modify as per your client requirement.

Hi Edward,

this is what I am looking for.

My tables for:

- functions for appl toolbar,

- functions for function list

- document categories etc

are empty. Seem to be a failure in the installing program.

Can you please give me a hardcopy of the table including the FMs?
