I am implementing SAP EHS Incident Management on S4.
When I create incidents there is a field (at the top) labelled REPORTING REUQUIRED - which auto populating with NO, YES and UNKNOWN - But I cannot work what is controlling this.

The Reporting Required indicator located in the header bar of the Review and Complete Incident application is based on the defined/generated Reports in the Reports/Documents section. It acts as a global Reporting Required flag for the entire incident. For each report there is a separate Reporting Required indicator which can be determined by the system or manipulated manually. The global reporting required flag for the incident takes into consideration all the defined/generated reports which their respective reporting required flags.
