EHS:How to change the validity period of a compliance requirement / delete a compliance requirement?

Hello everyone,

would somebody so kind to tell me how to alter the validity period of a compliance requirement ?

If it is not possible, how to delete a compliance requirement ?

I have set the compliance requirement to''under provision'', but the dustbin button is still grey.

Besides, in the employee maintainence app, I didn't find the delete function neither.

Hi Kaixian Su,

Which version of EM are you using and secondly is the compliance requirement referenced in a compliance scenario? On my system when I change the status to Under Revision, it allows me to delete the compliance requirement, but this would be only possible if the CR or any objects within are not referenced anywhere else.

The complaince requirement was referenced in a Scenario,that's why I can't delete it!

Hi Kaixian,

System allows to delete the paragraphs when the status in "New" after the Revision of Compliance Requirement.

Even when the paragraph referenced in any of the Compliance scenario, please refer the screen shot from my system.
