Hi All,
I'm trying to create a questionnaire and assign it to a specific work area. I have a problem: I can't understand why the second questionnaire (related with the same work area ) holds, at the top, questions of the first questionnaire even if I have created (in CBIH52) parted questionnaire.
Ex: Work Area XY
questionnaire: "WA 45"
"WA 47"
Questions of "WA 45": 1) What' the US President?
2) What's your name?
Questions of "WA 47": 1) What' the US President?
2) What's your name?
3)What's your hobbies?
In "WA 47", I want only: 3) What's your hobbies
Thanks
Marco

Hi Mark,
Through light on merge indicator for the protocol assignment category VOR. I believe the merge indicator may be activated/set in the protocol assignment while customising OH, usually needed to generate combined questionnaire for different health protocols for single person. Try once by de-activating the merge indicator to generate WA 47 which may be independent of WA 45.
regards,
mahesh
