EH&S - MSDS processing in Delivery - Print only for specific Sales Org

Hello everybody,

in Customizing (Assign communication type) the priority for MSDS processing in Deliveries are: 1. Email, 2. Print. It should stay like that.

We want to configure, that the MSDS should only be printed and not be send via Email if one specific Sales Org is issuing the delivery. Deliveries issued by all other Sales Org should trigger the email SDS shipping.

How can this be configured?

in our days.. printing is "old fashioned".. most of the companies try to move the "other way" around.. and go for eMail.

With eMail process you have "more control" as you can check eMail content easily in SAP system but print stream not

But i believe suggestions of Satya is a good starting point.

Hi Hoang ,

It's possible only when you can create new shipping reason , but you need to do lot of customization around.

I could suggest easy way , don't assign SR partner to the order then print the SDS manually.
