Edit details of an Incident/Accident log entry with Closed status

Hi,

We need to be able to edit the data for EHS incidents which have already been set to the Closed status. Is there any way to re-open a Closed incident in EHS, or otherwise update the data within the incident using standard SAP transactions?

When attempting to 'Reset to Initial Status' for the incident, we are getting message CBIH111 - "Final status reached for object 'Incident/accident log" and cannot reset the status.

Hi Shrithar,

Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately this transaction code does not return any results (we do not currently record absences against incidents) and therefore I cannot check if it would enable a status change or be able to edit any other incident data.
