ECTR VDS Client Converter creating empty vds file

Hello Experts,

We are using solidwork integration with ECTR 5.1.14.1

When We are trying to create VDS files from ECTR Client converter but it is generating blank VDS file, meaning when we open generated VDS file, it is empty no 3D exists there. Please help.
