I am using ECTR 5.1 SP13 and solidworks Standard 2020 integration. I have an assembly saved in my local PC which needs to be imported using 'Import on Demand'. Opened the assembly in the solidworks and clicked on 'Import on Demand', but I do not see the components. This assembly was loaded in 'resolved' mode and I was expecting the entire structure to be loaded and would then create DIRs for each of the individual components.
Has anyone faced this issue in ECTR-solidworks integration

Hello,
may be the other components are already imported and already have DIRs in SAP. If this is the case, then you should see all of them listed in the tab "Known Files". In this case you can just go further with import and reopen the assembly from ECTR after import is finished (close assembly in CAD and open the assembly DIR from ECTR).
With kind regards,
