ECTR Login screen Client field Was missing

When i log in ECTR ,System screen Client field is missing.

The configuration parameters are normal.

Please help me solve this problem,thanks!

please check basis\config\SAPlogon.txt or \customize\config\saplogon.txt

# The SAP client can be part of the Connection Group definition. Normally, the SAP client

# is shown in the ECTR Logon GUI only if the Connection Group definition is empty. By

# setting sap.logon.client.display to true the client field will always be shown.

sap.logon.client.display = true

Maybe this is set to false in your case.
