ECC work center and SAP ME routing work center mismatch after work center rename in ECC

Hi Experts,

Work centers in ECC are renamed. When the IDOC is triggered in for production order, renamed work centers are coming in IDOC. But in SAP ME routing old work centers are displayed. e.g ABC was work center for operation of production order, then in ECC ABC was renamed to DEF work center, then Prod Order is created and IDOC is triggered, in IDOC DEF work center is coming. But when we check in SAP ME routing, ABC work center is getting displayed. However, it should be DEF.

Please suggest what's wrong is happening here and how to rectify it.

Hi!

Sounds as if you have imported the Routing separately before importing the Shop Order. Then you should re-import the Routing again, after renaming WCs but before importing Shop Orders.
