EasyDMS Question related to Q system refresh from P

We refreshed our ECQ system from ECP last month and now we cannot run any WWI reports out of our Q system since we didnt copy EasyDMS doc from P to Q.

We would like to copy documents from EasyDMS P to EasyDMS Q for about 500-1000 Specs/recipes (materials). 

Is there a way to do this and what are the steps. I am new to PLM and no one knows in basis team what to do.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

your problem is well known. You need to separate the "refresh" of data and the refresh of documents.

The data is now "copied" to Q:but not the documents.

There are many options to go for. It depends on "acceptance" criteria which you would like to go for.

If you accept (and you should to this) that the "documents" from "Q" are not the same as from "p": why not just generate new documents in Q?

Simple and easy

There are other options to go for.  But you should use the simplest one as anything else wil increase the "complexity" of the copy of "P" to "Q".
