EAM Roles missing authorisation

Dear SAP EAM Gurus ,

• Kindly please ,would you tell me What is the Impacts on the system stability after finishing UAT if we found that collective time confirmation transactions( IW42, IW44, IW48 ) codes are not populated in the authorisation matrix? we hove only authorisation for Create Mass Time Confirmations.
• If we need to assign the missing transaction codes to the roles in the authorisation matrix will this impact on the system stability ?and if there is no impact what are the steps required to check the system consistency?
