Each time you expand your INBOX from SAP OFFICE in the ECTR, it takes a minute or two, or longer. However, after the expansion, there are obviously no processes requiring approval. Why is the time so long?

a bad performance might be caused by many issues. We have therefore a how-to guide to help you identifying the problem, see here (https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/VhuCI).
If you are still experiencing major problems, I recommend to report an incident.
