Dynamic Plan Delivery Time for Purchase requisition in MRP

I have requirement where, I want to use Variant configuration characteristics value to calculate the Planned delivery time in PR.

I don't think you can influence the planned delivery time with variant configuration. 

BAdI MD_MODIFY_SOURCE allows you to use your own logic to determine the planned delivery time.

Hi Caetano, Thank you for the response. Will it get triggered during the MRP run ? I have use other exits but those are getting triggered in ME51N and not during the MRP. i dont want PR to get Firm if i implement the custom logic

Yes, it will get triggered during the MRP run and it does not firm the PR.

MD_MODIFY_SOURCE is not getting triggered at MD01N, i have used MD_MRP_PARAMETERS and it satisfies my requirement in MD01. Do we have any BADI which works similar MD_MRP_PARAMETERS in MD01N. I have checked your blog for new BADI PPH_SUPPLY_DEMAND_LIST introduced after 2022 but i am working on 1909.

The Planned delivery time is a fixed value in MRP2 View of material master data or in PIR, so if you want to Variant configuration characteristics value to calculate, you should customize a program and logic to change this filed before running MRP.
