I would like to know if some special license is required to download SAP xMII 12 from SAP Service MarKetPlace.
I'm looking for this files but it doesn't appears with my OSS user.

Check with your service marketplace super-user to see if perhaps you don't have the proper download authorization tied to your S#. If you are a customer or a partner then perhaps inquire with your associated account representative.
