Good afternoon to all of the forum.
Sorry for my English.
I need an information.
I have the following scenario:
I'm building the integration between SAP and a legacy system. Through an RFC, I have to create the following process. Delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) to the employee.
I need to know:
1) Which BAPI or function module, create the relationship between the PPE and the employee. That is, to relate to the employee the equipment delivered.
2) BAPI to make the inventory down the equipment.
Thanks for the attention and help.
Request clarification before answering.
Good Morning.
Thank you very much,
let's customize the solution.

Hello
no idea regarding your demand. In EHS the "PPE" information is stored in many locations (to support the specific needs of the employee). The "best idea" is this:;
in EHS-IH a "work area" is generated. This work area is "linked" to a "plant, location etc." in which the employee is working. Now the "manager" of the employee should make sure that the emplyoee is getting the "correct" PPE to use
So the high level proces might be:
a.) an employee is located to a plant, location etc.
b.) using the "work area" is is defined which "PPE" is needed to work in the "work area"
c.) now you would like to buy (somehow) the PPE and "dispatch" it to the location.
Now looking on the SAP part:: using SAP MM you can buy something; what you have bought can be delivered to a "plant/location" to be then used by the employee. But if youi need a "signiture" (as: employee has received PPE); then i woukld assume: you need something in the top,
Does this help?
C.B.
PS: keep in mind. EHS-IH is outdated; for future use: invest in EHSM solution (discussed very often here)
